4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the U.S. and may offer international shipping in the future. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
     -- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
     -- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@hawkandbriar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send the item.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any original shipping charges (if applicable).
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
